and related international standard strictly.Material’s quality is very critical for valve’s quality, especially for casted valves, casting’s quality is much critical, so we strengthen the quality inspection of valve casting, such as γ-ray Test, Ultro-sonic test, Magneticparticle examination, Dye penetration test etc. also we have strict requirement for foundry, they should pass the approval of ISO9001 and CE.

After long cooperation with all kinds of our clients, we also found that sometimes the quality problem arise within the warrantee period, but the reason is not because of the defect of design and manufacture, it’s due to that our client didn’t inform us the valve’s service and work condition, or the information they inform us for service and work condition are not accurate, So the valve may not perform well during such service or work condition, then cause the quality problem arise. So in order to better understanding standards and execute them, we need our client inform us the details of application for the valve they bought, then we can help them make option accordingly, to ensure the safety using period can exceed the valve’s expected lifetime.
