Wage policy
The salary include three parts: basic salary + post salary + year-end bonus
There are assessment standard for each salary part, basic salary should be adjusted every year, and the post salary should be fixed according to the assessment result, basic salary and post salary should be issued each month.
Year-end bonus show that the company share the company development result with its employee, it means that employee’s benefit are directly related to company’s benefit. We will issue the year-end bonus according to our related policy.
We will make adjustment for basic salary and post salary according to employee’s performance and the company’s running condition. Meantime, we will also consider the factor of inflation ratio of life material, the average salary level of society(especially for local area and same industry).
